BOXING

Boxing is an intensive sport which challenges you both physically and mentally. The training consists of a combination of techniques, fitness and strength training.

We teach you the right punching techniques so that you can combine speed and strength. You train with a buddy and also train on a punching bag. The training ends with a sparring session, which enables you to use all techniques and learn from each other.

GET READY TO ENTER THE RING

It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or more advanced. At Powerhouse040 you can do boxing on your own level. Your coach encourages you to explore and extend your limits. This will help you improve your strength, stamina, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence. The ambiance is relaxed. We train in a serious way with respect for one another.
