Pushing sleds, walking with the yoke, lifting sandbags above your head are just a few of the things we do during the Strongman classes. The goal of this training is to give you more control over a variety of muscle groups and to teach you how to become more intense in your workouts. All of this while getting stronger! You don't just get stronger with a barbell, but you do get stronger by using a variety of objects that look like the objects you encounter in your daily life. That is how we can build a wider base when it comes to strength, so that you can avoid injuries and improve your performance. Everyone is welcome, regardless of level!
