Muay Thai is an intensive sport which challenges you both physically and mentally.
LEARN HOW TO PUNCH AND KICK WITH THAIBOXING
Our experienced trainers teach you the techniques with targets, pads and punching bags. You practice combinations, so that you learn how to combine speed and strength. Because of the intensity of our classes, you will notice that your stamina will increase. That way you will be able to stay alert and react when someone else attacks you. The training ends with a sparring session. Then you will be able to try out the techniques that you've learned.
EXPERIENCE MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is suitable for everybody. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or more advanced. At Powerhouse040 you can do Muay Thai at your own level. We are serious in our training and always train with respect for our partners.
