Krav Maga is an effective form of self-defence. In a short period of time, you will learn how to defend yourself against attacks, both physically as verbally and mentally.
Krav Maga improves your reflexes and teaches you to effectively react in dangerous situations.
Krav Maga teaches you to recognize and avoid unwanted situations. In steps you learn how to deal with armed and unarmed attackers. You also learn how to defend yourself against multiple attackers. We train realistic scenarios like (armed) attacks, threats, abductions and assault.
The techniques are easy to learn, which is why Krav Maga is also suitable for people without a background in martial arts. In a short time you can reach a relatively high level. You will find that your confidence increases as well as your physical health.

Krav Maga is the official self-defence system of the Israelian army (IDF). The system is taught to police and special forces.
Krav Maga works with levels. A few times a year you can do exams. Our classes are taught in English.
