The Crossfit Kids program is specially developed to make children move more, build self-confidence, work in a team and most importantly, have fun! Crossfit Kids makes children faster, stronger and fitter in a fun way!


During the Kids Crossfit classes, your child is professionally trained in a fanatic group. We train in a functional way and use many fun variations from gymnastics, weightlifting and different kinds of other sports. Think about: pull-uos, climbing ropes, push-ups, hand stands, walking on hands, working with rings, carrying and moving weights, running, jumping, throwing, pushing, pulling etc.
