CROSSFIT

Crossfit is a combination of weightlifting, atlethics and gymnastics. Crossfit helps you improve your performance, fitness and stamina. It is the ideal way to train your entire body fast and efficiently.

GET READY FOR THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY!

The Crossfit training always starts with a warming-up, followed by a section where you work on a variety of techniques and exercises. Every training ends with the Workout of the Day (WOD) which lasts around 10 to 20 minutes. The WOD is different every single day, but it is always very intense. We do a series of exercises in high tempo. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, truck tires, ropes, rings, pull-up bars and our own weight. That's how we train physical well-being and endurance. Every WOD also has a version for beginning Crossfit trainees.

PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION

Our coaches motivate you and challenge you to accomplish the best results. They guide you and correct you if necessary, to make sure that you do not injure yourself and that you will get fit fast.

Man, woman, young or old. We help you accomplish your goals: to improve your stamina or get stronger. We keep track of your results, so that your accomplishments and progress are easily tracked.

START DOING CROSSFIT

Are you ready to get started? Before you can do Crossfit, we first have to teach you some basic techniques: the Fundamentals. The Fundamentals consist of three training sessions of one hour. After successfully finishing these sessions, you have access to all the Crossfit classes: Weightlifting, Strongman, Gymnastics and the WODs.

Crossfit Fundamental sessions are on:

Tuesday: 18.00 - 19.00

Saturday: 11.00 - 12.00
